Taller Yoga para la Espalda con Fernando Díaz



En el taller de Yoga para la Espalda las prácticas son destinados a relajar, estirar y fortalecer la espalda, y evitar las lesiones de la espalda en el yoga.


Empezaremos el taller con una iniciación a la meditación. Nos acercamos de una manera sencilla, práctica y efectiva, a entender y experimentar lo que es la meditación, cómo dirigir la atención y qué provecho sacar de ella en nuestro estilo de vida en el siglo XXI.

 

Este taller tiene como prioridad desarrollar la atención del alumno a su propia postura para entender dónde están sus limitaciones y sentirse conectado y cómodo con su práctica sin lesionarse en el proceso. Realizando varias posturas y movimientos de calentamiento para el cuerpo, nos iremos adentrando poco a poco en las diferentes Asanas o posturas psicofìsicas del Yoga.

 

Destinado a gente de todos los niveles! Los alumnos avanzados tendrán la oportunidad de corregir hábitos no saludables y de potenciar su propia práctica a través de ejercicios básicos.

Fernando Díaz es un fisioterapeuta y osteópata que estudió y trabajó en Madrid durante 20 años, con un amplio conocimiento del cuerpo humano a través de las diferentes disciplinas en las que está formado y con las que ha trabajado tanto en hospitales como spas, gimnasios y clínicas. Este asturiano vive actualmente entre la India y Thailandia, donde forma a profesionales de todo el mundo en Anatomía y Biomecanica aplicada al Yoga. Además colabora con el departamento de salud de Thailandia en un estudio para la prevención de riesgos laborales y su efectividad en grupos de riesgo
