Taller de Yoga, Masaje y Bodyknows Breathwork.

Tu cuerpo es un campo de energía. ¿Te gustaría experimentar una expansión interior y descubrir tu verdadera esencia?

 

En este taller te enseñaremos como conectarte con este campo de sabiduría a través de tu respiración y tu presencia, mas allá de la mente, mas allá del cuerpo. Volver al núcleo de tu ser en un espacio seguro y de cuidado.

 

Junto con el Yoga, vas a aprender la técnica del Bodyknows Breathwork, una técnica que ha ayudado a muchas personas a obtener una profunda transformación personal. El Bodyknows Breathwork combina la respiración, la música evocativa y el trabajo corporal.

 

Este taller de 3 horas es para ti si quieres abrazar todo lo que eres y llevar tu vida a un nivel más alto, lleno de alegría y oportunidades. Participa y obtén una pincelada de lo que es posible.

 

Imparten: Marieke Kisteman & Jorge Jordan. Marieke y Jorge han trabajado juntos desde el 2011 en sesiones y talleres de masaje y Bodyknows Breathwork en Ibiza, Holanda, Bélgica y ahora en Madrid.
