El día 12 de Febrero vamos a empezar el curso de Mindfulness de 8 semanas.

 

Aprende a meditar y aplicar la atención plena en tu vida diaria. Gestiona tus emociones, reduce tu estrés y observa tus experiencias de momento a momento sin juicios y con una actitud de amabilidad.

 

El curso de Mindfulness nos ayuda a mejorar la cualidad de tu vida, especialmente si quieres:

  • aprender a tratar con estrés
  • aprender a tratar con emociones difíciles, como tensiones, ansiedades, dolores
  • gastar menos energía en preocupaciones
  • encontrar más momentos de alegría, paz y silencio interno
  • experimentar cada momento con consciencia
  • incrementar tus niveles de energía.

 

Aprenderemos a hacernos conscientes de la tendencia de la mente a dispersarse, preocupándose sobre el pasado y el futuro. Cuando estamos presentes, nuestros patrones automáticos tienen menos fuerza sobre nosotros, en estos momentos de presencia se crea un espacio donde podemos elegir.

 

No se trata de cambiar nuestros problemas, pero cambiar nuestra actitud hacia ellos. No podemos cambiar dolor o tensión, pero sí mirar al acontecimiento doloroso desde otro punto de vista. Nos ayuda a dirigir nuestra atención a lo que nosotros decidimos y no tener nuestros problemas en el centro de nuestra atención.

 

Programa:

El curso consiste en 8 semanas de sesiones de dos horas y una mañana de silencio de 4 horas. La atención plena es una habilidad, que se incorpora a través de la práctica.

Las sesiones incluyen ejercicios guiados de atención y concentración, teoría, yoga, meditaciones sentadas y caminando, y espacio para discusiones y evaluaciones. El curso requiere una práctica formal e informal en tu casa y tu día y día de media hora o 45 minutos cada día.

 

Cada sesión tiene su propio tema:

Sesión 1: El piloto automático
Sesión 2: Observación y actitudes básicas
Session 3: La respiración
Session 4: Stress and stress reactions
Session 5: Respondiendo con consciencia
Session 6: No eres tus pensamientos
Session 7: Auto-cuidado: cómo puedo cuidarme de mi misma?
Session 8: Evaluación y futuro

 

Horario: Los Lunes 19.30-21.30 hrs.

Fechas: 12, 19 y 26 Febrero, 5, 12 y 19 Marzo, 2 y 9 Abril, día 7 Abril Mañana de Silencio.
