Con mucha ilusión os invito a la primera sesión de Yoga & Plantas en la preciosa tienda de Planthae en Madrid. La tienda es mi lugar favorita de plantas y cosas bonitas de diseño interior. Voy ahí cada vez que me quiero inspirar y conectar un momento con el mundo verde de las plantas, (y charlar un ratito con Elena la dueña de la tienda ;)).

 

A mí, las plantas me ayudan mucho a crear mi espacio de paz en casa. Rodearme de plantas me da tranquilidad y me llena de felicidad y alegría. Para mi crear un espacio sagrado, donde puedo practicar, conectar y estar conmigo, es muy importante para afrontar todo lo de fuera y también todo lo que esta dentro de mí. Me hace volver a mi centro y la esencia de lo que somos. 

 

Las plantas nos conectan con ese espíritu más amplio, con nuestra intuición y creatividad. Las plantas respiran calma y quietud. Cada planta tiene sus cualidades y propiedades, su súper poder que sólo ella ofrece. Cada una es preciosa y valiosa tal como es, autentica y natural. En su pureza, nos enseñan a hacer lo mismo, simplemente ser y honrar todo lo que somos. Florecer y compartir nuestros regalos con el mundo. 

 

El Yoga también nos conecta con esa consciencia, por lo cual la combinación de yoga & plantas es algo muy natural para mí. En este taller os invito a conectar con la energía de las plantas, su alegría y su amor, y permitirte conectar contigo mismo, tu esencia y tu intuición. Sentirte bien y dejar que las plantas te llenen con su abundancia y medicina. 

 

Vamos a crear un espacio de paz y disfrutar de una clase suave y consciente para abrir el corazón y fluir con la respiración y el ritmo natural del mundo de las plantas. En la sesión te conectarás con una planta en específico y dejas que su vibración te guía en la práctica, te conecta hacia dentro y hacia el regalo que quiere florecer dentro de ti.
