¿QUÉ SON LOS TENCUENTROS?

Los que habéis venido a uno de mis retiros en el último año y medio, ya lo habéis conocido de forma más corta como actividad en la mañana. Es algo que empecé a desarrollar como idea ya hace muchos años, ya antes de irme a España.. (y ya llevo aquí más de 10 años!!! :).

Quizás la idea ya nació durante mis viajes para los productores de café y té orgánico, sino seguro que esta muy influenciado por ello. En Ethiopia conocí el ritual de café, en China y India los rituales de té. Me encantaron, ese momento en el día de parar, contemplar, conversar, compartir, conectar un momento.

 

Un día también contemplando (el sentido de mi vida.. ;)) me pregunté, qué es lo que más me gusta de verdad y lo que más disfruto en mi día? ¿Algo que no me importaría hacer todos los días?

La respuesta vino en seguida… Lo que más me gusta es tomar un té o café sola o con mis amigas/os en un espacio inspirador con un bonito diseño de interior. Los que me conocéis un poco mejor ya lo sabéis ;). Me relaja, me inspira, me hace sentir bien!

Si voy sola (acompañado por mi perro Bodhi) es a menudo para escribir en mis cuadernos mis pensamientos, ideas, sueños, cuentos, información que me viene. Si voy con mis amigas/os es para contarnos nuestros cuentos y disfrutar una buena conversación.

El mismo día de la pregunta por la noche me desperté de repente y me vino el nombre de los Tencuentros.

 

La idea del encuentro es hacer un ritual de té, meditar, contemplar, escribir, explorar, contar y compartir nuestros cuentos, sanar nuestras narrativas limitantes y manifestar nuestras visiones y sueños más grandes.
