6 – 9 de Diciembre – Valdecabras, Cuenca

 

El puente de Diciembre nos retiramos un fin de semana larga a un pueblo pequeño en plena naturaleza situado a pocos kilómetros de la ciudad de Cuenca. Ahí nos tomamos un descanso del estrés y nos damos tiempo para volver a nosotros mismos. Qué mejor momento para recogernos y relajarnos, justo antes del comienzo de las fiestas de Navidad y el Año Nuevo!

 

La idea es disfrutar de mucho yoga, meditaciones, paseos, masajes, arte y trabajo personal, junto con una comida rica y saludable (hecha con mucho amor por la dueña de la casa Pilar), risas y silencios, y sobre todo con la intención de pasarlo bien!

 

La práctica central es el Yoga y la propuesta de conectar con nuestra verdadera naturaleza: el amor y la paz interior. Quienes somos y qué queremos en nuestras vidas? El yoga nos ayuda a volver a esta luz y tomar conciencia de quienes somos. El Arte forma parte de ls propuesta, en forma de creatividad, de escritura y pintura, y el arte de mirarnos y diseñar y crear una vida en armonía con nuestras intenciones y visiones. 

 

En la conexión íntima con nuestra naturaleza respiramos profundamente, nos liberamos y llenamos de energía. El cuerpo se relaja y la mente se aquieta. En este descanso y silencio, nuestra luz puede brillar con claridad y amor, ofreciéndonos dirección y confianza para el nuevo año!

 

En los retiros la energía del grupo nos ayuda en esta conexión, siempre si es desde el respeto y el no-juicio. Nos da la oportunidad de mucha transformación, de sentirnos acogidos y mirar con otros ojos, desde el amor. Y cuando cambiamos nuestra percepción, nuestro mundo cambia!

 

En este fin de semana haremos un programa equilibrada entre actividades en grupo y tiempo libre para uno mismo. 

 

Alojamiento:

Nos alojamos en una bonita casa rural con capacidad para max. 20 personas, con calefacción, cuartos de baño completos y salón con chimenea. Ideal para recogerse, descansar, meditar desconectarse de las prisas, el estrés y las obligaciones cotidianas. 

 

Transporte:

Vamos a intentar organizar varios coches para llegar juntos a Cuenca. Avísanos si tienes coche y quieres compartir el viaje. 

 

Precio:

250€, incluyendo 4 días y 3 noches de alojamiento y comida (de viernes a lunes), y todas las clases y actividades.
