El verano es el momento perfecto para revitalizar nuestros cuerpos y mentes con las influencias sanadores del sol, la playa y el mar. En este lugar precioso vamos a abrazar un estilo de vida sana y presente, creando un espacio seguro para nosotros mismos para respirar, relajar, disfrutar y concertar con la naturaleza y sus cinco elementos.

 

Vamos a disfrutar de yoga, meditaciones, rituales de té y escritura, ejercicios de desarrollo personal y creatividad, paseos por la naturaleza, baño de bosque y de mar, junto con una comida vegetariana o vegana y masajes terapéuticos (y surf opcional).

 

Cada día exploraremos un tema diferente y aprenderemos herramientas prácticas para conectar hacia dentro, sanar y alinear con nuestra fuerza, propósito y paz interna, para que podamos vivir la vida que anhelamos y ser el cambio que deseamos ver en el mundo.

Nos alojamos en un glamping camp de surf (glamour camping) muy especial en el medio de la naturaleza, en pleno bosque y a 10 minutos del mar.

 

Transporte:
Vamos a intentar organizar varios coches para llegar juntos a Cantabria. Avísanos si tienes coche y quieres compartir el viaje.

625 €, incluyendo 8 días y 7 noches alojamiento y comida.

7 días de programa de yoga + 1 día libre, incluye todas las clases y actividades.
